Absolutely shoddy and Poor workmanship - workers can't read or speak English same with electrician the - the workers stole a lot of items from property including vintage sofas - unprofessional unskilled workers and contractor who smoke and spit in properties - cheap materials - use water on electrics / leave property looking like a skip in and out - contractor masood has discriminative behaviour towards women - also has appaling drunk behaviour - and is a deceiving individual who uses harrasment and intimidating tactics to get money which has already been paid and signed for - leaves property with all works to be redone - leaking windows - drain taken off and put on roof - roof tiles left loose / blocked drains - bumpy uneven plaster - absolute clowns - who tell us they play better games - we pay for this company to play games and practice in our properties - please avoid these clowns at all cost
