I have just purchased an item in crown way..I picked the item myself from the display..something I have done previous..when I came to pay I was told it was from a restricted area..I didn't know!..the attitude of the assistant was rude & disrespectful..I am 65 years old..not to be admonished like a 5 year old.. not that she cares.. but I will never set foot in there again..
