"Door with Faulty Multi-lock"
"I contacted Actfast Locksmiths at 8am - Graham. I discussed the problem briefly and he gave a possible cost based on my description of the problem which was that the lock had jammed on the back door so we could not open it. Graham arrived after a couple of hours even earlier than he had said. On seeing the difficulty, he successfully and more quickly than we thought completed the work. I must say from my point of view he completed the work in a very professional manner and indeed my wife and I are pleased and should we have any future problems with locking mechanisms we will certainly call Graham."
